RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

Any inquiries regarding the order should be made within 7 days from the day the delivery was completed.

 

1. Return & Exchange

Due to the nature of overseas shipping, Return or Exchange in any case is not possible.

 

2. Refund for Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items

- hince only accepts refunds on items (Received Damaged / Defective / Wrongly Shipped) purchased through ‘en.hince.co.kr’. 

- If you purchased any of our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer or the store directly for further assistance.

- Fill in the form below and send it to our Service Center (cs@vivawave.co.kr) within 7 days after order delivery completion along with a video or an image of the received parcel.

- If the item is partially damaged or defective, customers can get a partial refund for the items in question. For partial refunds, the shipping fees are not refundable. However, in the case of whole items being damaged or defective, the shipping fee will also be refunded.
